Tim Bleszynski One of the original founding fathers of The Alternative back when fax machines were still the rage; the Super Information Highway was in its infancy and PowerPoint had not yet become a plague. “It's been a fascinating journey over the past two decades. The world bears little resemblance to how it was at the end of the last century. It's been pretty cool to be part of leading some of those significant changes in the way we engage and communicate as human beings (least that's what I tell my kids to explain my absence when they were growing up).”

Gavin Martin Insightful, playful, fearless and profound. Gavin is the leading creative force at The Alternative. His signature style blends a sharp instinct for predicting human behaviours and trends with a life spent at the sharp end of the worlds more progressive brands. Within moments of meeting 'Gav' you'll realise why he's got a loyal following; He sees the world differently to many and seemingly senses the intricate connections and meanings behind any situation to quickly finding your answer. Direction established, “the rest is just stuff”, he'll tell you (shortly before racing away on a motorbike).
